super confusing signing up for this casino. I could have sworn that when I saw the ad to begin with, it said minimum deposit of $10. Then when I went to the site and signed up it was a pain in the butt to figure out if I needed a bonus code or not. Once I made my first deposit of $10 I waited for the email that contained my bonus... which was what I was instructed to do upon sign-up. Once I didn't get the email, I became worried. So I went and I clicked on the bonus offer then click on the 'bonus policy' listed right on the bonus offer itself, and read the terms and conditions for myself. Only to find out that it said: only users who made a deposit of more than $10 would be eligible for the bonus offer. When I went to customer service and explain my confusion of both sets of different instructions first on the original ad and then on the terms and conditions in the 'bonus policy' listed with my welcome bonus offer. I was told that it was a $20 minimum deposit and that the one policy that I have read the terms and conditions on the casino site was Infact an outline for all bonus offers. Not for that specific welcome bonus offer. which was super confusing even more so. Waste of my time having made a $10 deposit, for which I didn't receive any bonus. No free spins. Not to mention i was told that I wouldn't recieve any bonuses until I had taken them up on their welcome bonus offer and made a $20 minimum deposit. Completely dissatisfied not to mention stupid confusing situation. But the customer service was by far very friendly super understanding and actually read what I had to say and respond to it rather than just giving me the company line. So that in itself was a bonus

Another maybe new casino where everything goes wrong. Its ok collection if provider but thats all good. Bonus: Hard to wager because almost all slots wager only 50% and looks like some only 25% (Netent) Support: I tried to ask which slot i can wager 100% so he link me list where is maybe 600 slot names and explains "This slot's what wager 50%, all other 100%" without list what are those 100% slots.
