Last week I suddenly couldn't log in anymore and I got prompted a popup message telling me to contact support. So I opened livechat and told the operator about my problem and when he checked my account he told me i was blocked because i didn't abide the casino rules, but when I asked him what he said he could give any information. On which I protested and assured him I never do things that can get me blocked but it was futile and I gave up. 2 days later I got an email with apologies from the casino. And my account was unblocked... anyone else had this experience and what was it I was supposedly guilty of. It sure seemed a serious offence.
