An ok casino with fast payouts. I had no problems with being paid when I played here. My docs were verified in less than 20 minutes, they processed my withdraw 5 minutes later and the money hit my bank account after 48 hours. There are 3 things I didnt like which really lets it down though..... Firstly, the first withdrawal of the week is free. Every other withdraw has fees. From what I can remember I was charged £15.00 to make the second withdrawal of the week. They do not seem very fair with giving out bonuses to loyal players. Many casinos will give out x amount of free spins when a new slot launches (especially if its a netent slot). Energy casino do not give any though :(. The last negative thing about them is all deposits have to be wagered 1x minimum. If you get lucky and hit a big win on your first few spins you cannot cash it out until you have wagered your deposit once. Many casinos do not have this rule because they understand that if a player gets lucky right away, they may want to cash out. Perhaps its to prevent "money laundering" ? Then again it should be down to common sense. If a player deposits, does a few spins and cashes out with barely any profit/slight loss then its suspicious. However if someone does a few spins, wins 500x times bet and wants to cash out then it should be fine. I experienced that problem with my second withdrawal. I won 1100x within my first 100 spins. I tried to cashout but it was declined as I hadn't wagered my deposit 1x. After I wagered it 1x I was £50 down from what I wanted to cashout originally. Then to top it all off as it was my second withdrawal of the week I had to pay £15 withdrawal fee. I probably wont deposit here again.... At least until they start giving loyal players some free spins on new slots.
