I disagree with the previous comment, to me this is a very good new casino and really trustworthy and I have had no problems whatsoever with verification or cashing out and they keep sending out free spins which is always good. This casino dont have any morals. I deposited few times and all went like flush on toilet. Sometimes i have some gambling issue and i spend too much money when i hunt winnings back. After I lost too much money i give feedback to support about this. Normally casino support feel sorry and request use their Responsibility options, like deposit limit or freeze account for awhile, a week or something. DUXCASINO support just ask me to deposit more "because your luck can change". I ask if they are serious because i lost all my money already to them. Another casino that uses stalling tactics. Not sure why Im always the guinea pig for these trashy casinos. Maybe Ill stop testing them out. They are requesting bank transfers of an old deposit from a week ago. I have never had this request ever. My last deposit was ewallet which i sent them all screenshots of, full id and utility bill. My bank doesnt show processor names, just a transaction of money sent somewhere is all. Which is very standard. They are requesting things that do no exist which is nothing more than a stalling tactic. This is the first N1 casino that has done this. So this is not normal protocol at all. Stay away from this casino unless you want serious problems if you win. Support takes forever to respond and hope you get frustrated. They operate quite a lot casinos and every casino had nice offers and sometimes even a no deposit sign up offer. I was a little dissapointed that this one didnt have the no deposit offer ... But ok .. For now I only played a little for free to experience the casino and I wasnt dissapointed. Their welcome offer looks nice, so I might take advantage of that one in the near future!
