Not long ago, I registered at Casimba, made a deposit, and played for a day. By the way, I didn't win anything – just lost a bit, but that's not the point of the story. A few days later, I received an email from the casino stating that I needed to go through verification. Well, I uploaded all the necessary documents that same day, but the very next day, I received another email with a request to verify my account. Are you kidding me?! Of course, I immediately wrote to support and got the brilliant response: ""send the documents for verification."" What nonsense? Did you not process the information the first time? Guys, either your internal processes are terribly flawed, or your moderation team's competence leaves much to be desired. This absurdity continued for about two weeks: I tried to prove that I had already sent my personal data for verification, while the moderation team insisted they hadn't seen anything and that I needed to send the documents again, despite confirming in one of their emails that they had received the information from me! Is it even necessary to say that reputable casinos don't treat their players this way? But that's not the main issue! I still had about 7000 EUR in my account from my previous deposits. Once again: I ended up losing, didn't get a cent from the casino! Everything in my account was my own money! But due to the verification issues, obviously created by the casino itself, my account was blocked – along with it, I lost my money! My own deposit was brazenly taken from me! My money is still with them, and my account remains blocked. They don't even respond to my messages or explain the reason for the block! I, of course, hope for a positive outcome and that MY money from MY deposit will be returned to ME, but considering the quality of their customer service, it seems that getting my money back won't be that easy. In short, I don't recommend anyone to play at Casimba; anyone could end up in my situation at any moment, and the thought of what might happen during the withdrawal stage is terrifying.

Since I always try new / different casinos, I came across Casimba (via the forum, of course) and topped up € 50, there is a good selection of slots, etc. important for me was the option for the live casino and since everything else was fine, we started straight away. The session itself was good fun, site performs well. All in all a good casino, but unfortunately nothing new / special either. I couldn't / didn't have to use the payout period + support, so no rating. To be honest, I will stay at my regular casinos, but I made an interesting "detour" at Casimba :)

I contacted customer support, provided the link/screenshot of the offer... and was told that they would escalate it for further investigation.. it's almost a month later now and still no email from them.

Table games have zero contribution to the wagering requirements and the bonus is now available only for the UK players. We updated the bonus. Websites layout is nice and pretty and the game selection is good. Games ran smoothly. The site is way behind in the industry when it comes to withdrawals which take up to 7 days (including 48 period without having any reason to do so). Its 2017, most leading and valued casinos have instant or 1-day withdrawal. This is beyond pathetic and cant understand how transferring winnings can take so long. Anyway i decided to close my account but they still email me with offers for some reason.

nice casino with good welcome bonus and free spins can be used on almost every netent game which is a great thing. you can not deposit with neteller if you want the bonus, for me thats the thing i dont like at this casino, i use neteller a lot. but they have a good selection of games, all the good slot providers i like, its a recommendation i have lots of fun playing here i received no deposit bonuses aswell.
