THE BIG BOPPER

About The Big Bopper

This swinging 1950s video slots game is all about the iconic entertainer Jiles Perry (J.P.) Richardson, also known as “The Big Bopper”, as well as Buddy Holly and Richie Valens. They were the infamous trio in the heydays of American Classic rock that tragically died in a plane crash on February 3, 1959.

This rock-n-rolling slot is available through the downloadable software for Windows, can be accessed via Instant Play, or be played on virtually any smart phone or tablet.

Special Features

The Big Bopper himself appears as the wild symbol and he only appears on reels 2 – 5, replacing all symbols and creating a winning line, to triple all the prizes won.

The slot also features an incredible 30,000x pay out per pay line, which astronomically increases your chances of a fantastic pay out.

And let’s not forget that players can tap their feet to great classic tunes by Richardson, such as Chantilly Lace and White Lightening, and relive the golden age vibe.

Bonus Feature

There are three separate bonus rounds allowing players to win up to 250x their bet, as well as up to 45 free games.

Firstly, the scatter symbols are represented by the letters ‘B-O-P-P-E-R’ and winning combinations can be made when they appear and spell out “bopper” on adjacent reels, from either left to right or from right to left. These scatter wins are multiplied by the total bet and are added to all other paying lines.

Secondly, there is an additional way to score when three or more scattered symbols appear from left to right or from right to left and a Re-Spin Feature is triggered. The lucky reels are held in place while the other reels are spun again. If a ‘BOPPER’ Scatter lands again on the reels during the re-spin, an extra re-spin is awarded. The game will continue to re-spin as long as scatter symbol appears in one of the running reels right until a ‘BOPPER’ combo occurs or when six scatters appear and the wins are then awarded at the end of the feature.

And lastly, when the Big Bopper starts singing White Lightning you will be granted free games for as long as he keeps singing and still win more free games too; so that’s definitely one tune that want to carry on hearing in order to keep winning. Furthermore the White Lightning symbol replaces the "BOPPER" letters during this feature.
