THE BEE'S KNEES

About The Bees Knees

The Bees Knees is more akin to a pub fruit machine than a true slot machine game, and it is one which contains plenty of nifty features which wouldn’t look out of place in such a game. The Bees Knees is, of course, themed on bubble bees, as far as a classic slot can go with a theme. This game naturally only contains a single payline and three reels, but players do have a certain degree of flexibility when it comes to their wagers. Coin values can be adjusted, so players can expect to be able to wager anything from a floor of 0.10 per spin, up to 10.00 a spin on this slot title. In terms of what they can win, a maximum prize is capped at 1,000x a player’s total stake.

Special Features

There are a few special features worked into the design of this classic slot machine game, and that is certainly admirable. Players cannot expect to find free spins, or wild symbols, with the slot preferring to go down a pub fruit machine route when it comes to the features that it does contain.

Nudges are awarded at random in this slot, and they can help you freeze reels and potentially knock other reels down a step or two, to help players bag wins.

With the Shifta feature, one reel will be held at random, whilst the other two reels spin and potentially help players land a matching combination.

A Super Hold feature can see a win held, whilst the reels re-spin for potentially another prize, whilst the Hold This Reel feature can see to matching symbols potentially form a winning combination whilst the remaining reel spins. Lastly, the Let ‘em Spin feature works in much the same way, although the reels which spin are random.

Bonus Feature

The only other bonus feature in this slot machine is the Take It or Leave It bonus. This is triggered by landing 3 honey pots on the game’s singular payline. When it happens, players can select the stop button to land on a honeycomb. Multipliers worth up to 120x the normal rate of pay can be won with this primitive and simple feature.
