About The Avengers

The Avengers may not be around much longer (since Playtech is removing their Marvel slots), but for the time being at least, you can get your hands on this title. The Avengers is a 5-reel, 20-line video slot which features all of the best characters in the Marvel series. The Avengers also offers you a progressive jackpot to win – in fact, there are four of them triggered randomly via the Marvel Progressive Jackpot Network system. The Avengers allows you to select line bets of 0.01 up to 2.00, which will see you stake anything from a low of 0.20 per spin, up to 40.00 per spin on this slot.

Special Features

The Avengers’ wild symbol is the Shield emblem. When this icon also doubles as the best paying of the symbols in the slot, capable of offering you 10,000 coins if you line up 5 on a payline. As a wild, it can replace all other symbols save for the scatter icon.

That scatter icon is The Avengers’ logo. It can trigger a Wall of Heroes bonus round if it appears 3 or more anywhere on the reels. As well as the bonus feature, you will also be entitled to scattered wins which are worth 3x, 10x, or 100x your total bet for 3, 4 or 5 such scatter symbols.

It is worth pointing out that at any point in the game, if you can line up the Captain America, Iron Man, Thor, Hulk, and Nick Fury on a payline in any order, you can win a solid pay-out worth 200x your total bet. Wilds do not count in this feature.

Of course, you can potentially win hundreds of thousands in the Marvel Multi-Level Mystery Progressive Jackpot feature. This is randomly triggered. When it is, players are required to click on icons on the screen. Match three progressive jackpot sums, and you will win that respective progressive jackpot. There are four to win (Power, Extra Power, Super Power, and Ultimate Power), and their prizes vary greatly.

Bonus Feature

The Wall of Heroes bonus begins with 20 Avenger icons appearing on the screen. Players must match three of the same Avenger characters to trigger a free spins bonus. Captain America offers 9 free games with 2x – 5x multipliers, whilst Iron Man offers 9 free games with increasing multipliers. Thor’s free spins bonus offers 9 free games with 0 – 5 randomly triggered wilds. The Hulk’s free bonus offers 9 free games with stacked wilds on the third reel.
