About Reel of Fortune

Reel of Fortune is Rival Gaming’s take on the popular television gameshow, Wheel of Fortune. This cartoony style slot machine game contains plenty of “prizes” for symbols, as well as colourful and energetic gameplay. Reel of Fortune is played over 20 paylines, which is standard for most Rival Gaming developed slots. Players can select up to 10 coins per line, with paylines being adjustable, and coin values ranging from a base of 0.01 up to a ceiling of 0.25. Reel of Fortune allows players to stake as little as 0.01 per line per spin. If you wish to push the boat out a bit, maximum wagers can rise no higher than 50.00 per spin on this slot machine game. Again, this is rather typical for a Rival Gaming developed slot.

The top prize you can hope to win in this game is rather petite, and stands at 1,500 coins if you can land 5 camper vans on any active payline in the game.

Special Features

Players will instantly note the absence of wild symbols in this slot machine game. That is a real problem, since most players are going to want them. However, bonus triggering scatter icons are plentiful.

Landing 3, 4 or 5 of the Curtain Bonus icons can see you pocket 1x, 5x or 50x your total bet, respectively, as well as trigger a Donkey Bonus round. Landing 3, 4 or 5 of the Plunko Bonus symbols will see you pocket scattered wins worth 1x, 5x or 50x your total bet, as well as trigger the Plunko Game bonus feature.

Bonus Feature

The Plunk Bonus arrives as a sort of Pachinko bonus game, and one which allows players to drop balls into a gaming machine. Players can nudge the ball about halfway down its drop to try and help it along its way. Where the ball eventually ends up will determine the kind of cash prize that the player wins in this instant play bonus round.

The other bonus is the Donkey Bonus. In this feature, players will be met with three curtains. Behind two of them are cash prizes, and behind one of them is a donkey. Players can keep selecting curtains to win cash prizes until they land the donkey, which effectively ends the bonus.

As fun as these features are, the lack of wild symbols and a free spins bonus really has affected the popularity of Rival Gaming’s Reel of Fortune slot machine game.
