About Jewels of Atlantis

There is something very Ancient Greek about Jewels of Atlantis, even though it is supposed to be themed on that mythical lost civilisation. Per chance Atlantis really was the Greek island of Thera. That would explain a lot. Enough about mythology, and onto the game itself. Jewels of Atlantis is a 5-reel, 20-line video slot, and one which features classical architecture and imagery upon its reels, including the fabled Kraken. Jewels of Atlantis doesn’t allow you much control over how you set up your bet, but this Ash Gaming title will still permit you to wager anything from 0.01 up to 25.00 per line. At its cheapest, the slot will cost you 0.01 per line, per spin. At its most expensive, prepare to pay up to 500.00 per spin.

Special Features

The elder man is the wild symbol in Jewels of Atlantis. When this symbol appears, it can replace all save for the scatter and bonus icons. It is also the second best paying symbol, after the bonus icons, being responsible for wins of up to 3,000 coins with a stroke of luck.

Two scatters are present in Jewels of Atlantis. The first is the Kraken, and when it appears 3, 4 or 5 times in any position on the reels, you will land 10, 20 or 30 free spins. In this free spins bonus, all winnings will be tripled. Free spins can also be retriggered during the bonus game.

The second scatter is a basic scatter icon. It offers cash prizes of between 3x and 250x your total bet, depending on how many you locate in any positions on the reels. This claim icon can trigger a pearl bonus, whereby every shell you open offers you a cash prize.

Bonus Feature

The Atlantis Bonus is triggered by landing 3, 4 or 5 of the treasure chest bonus icons in any position on the reels. This will trigger the Neptune’s Treasure Chest round, during which players can pick one of Neptune’s treasure chests to keep as their own. A total of 5 chest are available to pick from in all, and players can decide to swap their chosen chest for another just once. This bonus can also be triggered during the free spins bonus, which is pretty promising.

The range of special features in this slot are good, if simple. There’s a lot of rewards for you bets in this video slot, which tries to do something traditional with the Atlantis myth, for which has to be commended.
