About Daily Horoscope
NYX Interactive is the latest software provider to be associated with this old slot, which was originally developed by Cryptologic and released a decade ago. Today, it may look a little dated, by the Daily Horoscope slot still has perks that make it worth a look. For instance, this old-school release features a theme that still isn’t commonplace in the online casino world, and it has a tasty jackpot, even if it is non-progressive in nature. Daily Horoscope is played over a conventional five-reel and twenty-line setup. You’re looking at bets of 0.01 per line per spin here, as all the lines are adjustable – they just don’t make slots like this anymore. Maximum bets are capped at 100.00 a spin. A medium variance effort, you can win up to 25,000 coins here, which equates to a top prize of 125,000 credits in real money.
Special Features
As you might imagine, much of the imagery in Daily Horoscope is loosely (and closely at times) related to its theme. For instance, Taurus, or a bull, has been chosen as the wild symbol. It is also the best paying emblem in the game. Land it five times on a payline, and you can walk away with the top prize. If it appears in the middle of another winning combo, it will act as a conventional wild, substituting for all standard paying symbols in Daily Horoscope.
Sagittarius – the archer for those not in the know – is Daily Horoscope’s scatter. It can trigger an Astrology bonus when three or more spring up on the reels. You can also get your stake back, courtesy of a Payback Bonus when just two scatters appear on the reels.
The final bonus round itself is the most exciting feature of the Daily Horoscope slot. Here’s what you can expect in that round…
Bonus Feature
Once triggered, the Astrology Bonus will see you spin a giant wheel. The outcome of that spin will see you move around a Daily Horoscope board. That board also offers a target-based mode, and you’ll be gunning to hit those targets. If you hit the symbols, you can pocket cash prizes. The closer you are to the targets, the better the prizes will be. The further away you are, the worse they are.
Nobody could argue that Daily Horoscope’s bonus isn’t original. However, it is dated, and one would have thought that NYX Interactive would have upgraded it when they came into possession of this old Cryptologic slot, but they didn’t. Without a free spin bonus, Daily Horoscope isn’t likely to attract much of a crowd, save for slot players who want to take a trip down memory lane and play a retro slot.
