Special Features

Since the game is inspired by a Roman theme, you can expect elements aligning with this theme to be represented on the reels. The symbols used in the game also align with its theme. The symbols of the game range from high paying symbols such as those of a quartet of gladiators designated in different colors to low paying card symbols. To win a prize in the base game, you will need to land a matching combination of symbols on the reels. The prize for landing a matching combination will depend on the value of the symbols that form the combo. For example, when you land five gladiator symbols, you will receive a payout worth 20x the value of your stake.

The game also adds wild and scatter symbols to spice up the game. The wild symbol of the game is represented by the symbol of an emperor which can replace other symbols to form matching combinations in the game. But the wild will do more than just help you form part of winning combinations, it will also pay you for landing a matching combination on the reels. Five wild symbols will reward you with 20x the value of your stake.

The scatter symbol of the game is represented by the colosseum. Scatters only show up on the first, third and fifth reels and when you land a certain number you will activate the free spins round of the game.

Bonus feature

To trigger the free spins round of the game, you will need to land three or more scatters on the first, third and fifth reels. Once activated, you will be rewarded with five free spins. However, the main highlight of the round is the colossal symbol that occurs during the round. When the symbols occur on the second, third, and fourth reels, they form 3 x 3 mega symbols.

The round can be retriggered when you land three or more scatters on the reels.
