About Admiral Nelson

Amatic Industries Admiral Nelson video slot shouldn’t need too much of an introduction, at least when it comes down to its theme. The slot is, of course, based on the British historical and naval hero, Horatio Nelson. This video slot features rather crudely drawn imagery, so it certainly isn’t one of the finer looking titles you will come across. The gameplay is also rather simplistic and elementary. You might even say that it is ideal for newbies. Admiral Nelson requires that players use all 10 paylines in the slot, although they can wager anything from a low of 1 coin per line, up to 500 coins per line. Wagers therefore stem from 10 coins per spin, up to 5,000 coins per spin in total. When they play with the maximum wager, players can pocket wins worth as much as 2,500,000 credits in total.

Special Features

In order to win that vast cash sum, players are going to need to line up 5 of the Horatio Nelson wild symbols on any payline in the game. Remember, if you aren’t playing with the maximum wager, the amount you can win will be significantly less.

Now you also know just which symbols the wilds are. These can replace all other symbols in the slot, with the exception of the scatter icons, and bonus icons.

Scatter icons appear as cannons, and they can pay no matter where they land on the reels. Unlike other slots, though, scatter icons do not trigger bonuses. Players will need to land bonus icons for that. Scatters can be used in coordination with wilds, though, to offer the player the chance to double their scatter win.

Bonus Feature

The ship symbols appear as bonus icons in the Admiral Nelson video slot. When they appear 3 or more times in any position on the reels, the player will trigger a free spins bonus round. This bonus round consists of a total of 10 free spins. The bonus round is fairly straight forward, with players able to spin the reels for free, and keep any winnings they encounter. What could be simpler? The bonus round can be retriggered, and during the bonus game, the ship symbols can also substitute for all other symbols, save for scatter and admiral wild symbols.

There really is nothing terribly complicated about this slot, and anybody, no matter how experienced they are at online slots, should be able to sit down and play this title.
