A WHILE ON THE NILE

About While on the Nile

A While on the Nile is the perfect kind of video slot for lovers of Ancient Egyptian themed gambling games. Unlike so many video slots in this genre, which try to take themselves too seriously; A While on the Nile is light-hearted and friendly. This comic-book style NextGen Gaming title offers 5-reels and 50 paylines to play with. It contains the Super Bet feature, which will allow vast multipliers to be added to your winnings, but only if you turn it on. Minimum wagers on this slot can be staked for just 0.50, whilst the slot can cost 175.00 per spin at its most expensive. You can win up to 1,000 coins in this slot, although with the Super Bet x10 feature active, you can win 10,000 coins in total.

Special Features

The Super Bet feature is obviously the most important special feature of this game. You should consider the Super Bet as an additional wager. You can opt to play with the Super Bet with 2x, 4x, 6x, 8x or 10x the winnings options. Of course, there is a substantial increase in the cost of the stake when the Super Bet is activated. With the Super Bet you can increase the wild multipliers and win much bigger prizes. With the maximum Super Bet placed, each wild found and used is worth 10x the value of your normal winnings.

The Pharaoh is the wild symbol, and it appears stacked. The Pharaoh wild appears only on the second, third and fourth reels. It can substitute itself for all other icons, barring the scattered jewel and Scarab icons.

A While on the Nile’s jewel icon only appears on the second, third and fourth reels. When it does, it will award the player with 5 free games. During those free games, it is possible for symbols to turn into wilds. Even entire stacks of symbols could become wild with this feature.

Bonus Feature

As far as bonus features go, A While on the Nile’s bonus round is pretty weak. The Scarab Bonus Feature is triggered by located 3 scarab icons on the first, third and fifth reels. If the player manages to do this, they will be taken to the Scarab Bonus screen. Here, they must choose from the scarabs presented to them on the screen to win prizes. The player can keep on picking up prizes from the scarabs until the “collect” symbol is revealed.
