About Jacks or Better
Jacks or Better is a classic video poker game, and this particular one has been designed by 1x2 Gaming. Even though most video poker slots tend to look rather crudely designed, this one has a particularly decent design to it. Does that make it any better to play than other games? Well, that’s up to you to decide.
How to play
This Jacks or Better game is certainly no different from any other, in terms of how it is played. Players are dealt 5 cards in their first hand, and they have total control over which ones to keep, and toss aside. They can receive up to 5 new cards to replace those they’ve lobbed. They will just be playing on their own, so player’s needn’t worry about anybody else winning.
If their final poker hand matches one of those displayed on the paytable at the top of the screen, then players will pocket a win based on how many coins they wagered. If it doesn’t, they will lose.
Wagering and prizes
At its cheapest, this video slot will see players able coin values of 0.10. They can raise this up to 2.50 if they wish. Players can also bet up to 5 coins per hand, extending the wagering range from 0.10 per hand, up to 12.50 per hand.
The lowest paying hands in this game are the standard pair of Jacks or Better, Two Pair, and Three of a Kind hands. Better paying hands include Straights, Flushes, and a Full House. Even bigger payouts can be won with a 4 of a Kind, or a Straight Flush. Play with the maximum wager and land a Royal Flush, and you can win a total of 4,000 coins.
Final thoughts
There isn’t too much you can say about Jacks or Better. If you’ve played any Jacks or Better game before, you will be familiar with pretty much everything that this game has to offer. The only other added perk is that this one is better looking than most.
