About Jacks or Better 50 Line Video Poker
Jacks or Better 50 Line Video Poker might sound like a confusing title to play, but actually, the concept is rather simple to grasp. Of course, by 50 lines, the title means that you can play 50 hands at once. You needn’t worry about looking at all the other hands, as they are constructed from the first selection of cards that you hold from your main hand, and constructed automatically. Jacks or Better 50 Line isn’t going to be cheap to play, but it could see you win sizeable sums of cash.
How to play
Of course, you are going to be playing with 50 hands in this video poker game. Firstly, you need to place your bet. Once this has been done, you can click on the deal button to start playing. The player will receive five cards in their main hand. From there, they can choose which cards they would like to hold, and which ones they would like to discard. After this decision has been made, the held cards will appear in all 50 hands. Next cards will then be distributed to each of the hands, giving you 50 different hands.
These hands are then measured against the pay-table. If the player has a single or multiple winning hands, then they pick up the relevant pay-out for said hands, from the pay-table.
Wagering and prizes
Now, you are going to have to wager on every hand in this game. This means that whatever your bet is, it is going to be multiplied by 50 times that figure. Firstly, players are required to choose the value of their coins, which can range from 0.25, up to 1.00 in total. You must then decide how many coins you are going to stake per hand. Up to 5 coins per hand can be staked. Minimum and maximum wagers in this game are therefore fixed at 12.50 per game, up to 250.00 per game, respectively.
The pay-table is also pretty simple to grasp. Players can win with Jacks or Better, Two Pairs, Three of a Kind, Straight, Flush, Full House, Four of a Kind, Straight Flush or a Royal Flush. The latter is worth a top prize of 4,000 coins with the maximum wager staked, whilst the minimum bet prize is 1 coin, for Jacks or Better.
Final thoughts
Playing with 50 hands at the same time is often more rewarding than wagering on 50 individual hands. This is because if you’ve got a good first deal, then you can impose that cards on the other hands, giving you many hands with the same great cards!
