This casino is beyond terrible. I requested a payout on August 27th. It’s now October 12th and I haven’t been paid. Customer service recently laughably gave me $50 in free play to apologize for the inconvenience. I asked what would happen if I won? Then I would have to fight to be paid for more money. They owe me $1000. Simply I just want my money. Everybody needs to stay away from these people. Even their customer support told me they’re not sure if I’ll ever get paid. JOKE. Dave Johnson should find a new day job, sounds like his company is moving towards insolvency.

It’s it’s probably not somewhere that you wanna play. If you are novice has everything you need to gamble but the customer service is poor. The cash out times are poor and the promotions are not where they need to be or nearly even reach a standard of what you’d expect from an online casino.

I have no problems with this casino except when I asked support what is the connection between betonline and sportsbetting he said they have no relationship. They are identical and for him to say that just turned me off from playing here.

Casino sucks but this is a betonline sister site and they pay fast. Account security is lacking so if I play there I withdraw every time I play. I never leave a balance here or betonline because they are known for balances mysteriously disappearing.
