When you think about you are getting a bonus at all. From a certain point of view. It only come into play if you lose all of your deposited money. And if you don't and you try to withdrawn you lose the bonus!

I could not understand why my active bonus was not being completed. I was betting thousands of dollars and it remained at 0% completed. They do not have live chat, at least no human live chat, they have a bot which just repeat their terms of service. Finally figured it out after several emails to them. Basicly, this is how it works, you have to lose all of our deposited money before you can begin fulfilling your bonus. This site is designed around you losing money it is the main requirement. Fund are separated like this , deposited + bonus money, and the deposited must be spend and does not count towards fulfilling wagering requirements, so you must lose it all.
