Dreams Casino Review

Founded in the 1990’s under the original name Cirrus Casino, it was rebranded as Dreams Casino in the hopes of shedding its extremely poor customer relations and payout system. To some effect it has, but there are still lingering problems that prevent this from being a top notch casino.

Their security is managed with bank quality SSL encryption and games are audited by TST to ensure the games are not unfairly biased against the player.

The VIP program has five levels allowing a player to jump into higher levels with greater initial deposits; otherwise the levels will increase as the tally of lifetime deposits accumulate. It starts off at a$100 welcome bonus chip going all the way to $1000. For every $1250 that is wagered a Comp point is earned and this is greatly reduced to every $300 once the highest level is reached.

We still do not recommend Dreams Casino due to a number of complaints lodged over the years namely regarding winners not getting paid at all and unexplainable waiting times to process. Winners have been treated unfairly by rules and conditions that aren’t explained clearly which result in their gains being forfeited. For example you cannot claims two sets of free chips in a row, which many players could not resist the lure, especially when the multiple offerings were blatantly promoted.

Other times the casino has claimed that players have committed deposit bonuses abuse and not gone on to explain how or why. Quite often he breaking of a single rule with result in a complete forfeiture of winnings or having a locked account.

Even now, the biggest warning light is the fact they themselves cannot commit to exact payout timeframes for withdrawals, leaving punters in the lurch for weeks or sometimes even months.

Avoid this casino like COVID-19! Casino promotes TurboPay, yet apparently that type of form of payout isnt available unless the withdrawal request is made from clean deposits. I have only 1 account. I used a promo. Made the deposit, then had them take my entire bonus winnings, then they claim they sent my deposit back to me and I still have not even gotten that back. They didn't ever respond on chat and they sited multiple accounts which I do not have. I've only ever used this account and only ever unverified this one inclave account. This casino is a great casino to play at and the play through isnt much to meet. This casino payouts take no longer then 3 days when using bit coin and theres little to no validation. They respond rather fast and is very much helpful. I have played at silver oak and have the same experience both good casinos. Overall, I am disappointed I won a tournament twice receiving the top spot and the winning of $200 which I used 15 hours to re-buy and buy add-ons in the tournaments following which I lost and then proceeded to play a good number of slots in which I won Just a little over $350 played through the Playthru amount that I had on a bonus who is very proud indeed, then went to cash out via coin draw even made a good legitimate wallet address, and set it up so that it only pays to this casino. I then make the following requested verification of bitcoin wallet deposit it goes through no problem and then turn around and follow through with the withdrawal $250 knowing that there will be a fee for the international transaction and then proceed to wait three days after which time all of a sudden my $10 deposit returns back to my bitcoin address And the $250 withdrawal request I made vanishes from the transaction screen is replaced with a manager’s request to withdraw $239 and it being approved all within the same minute therefore the amount I won and withdraw it with zero dollars upon talking to customer service they give me a whole bunch of strange mumbo-jumbo about mixing this and transaction that even though money won through their FreePlay, tournaments and casino games, was basically paid back to them in full. I didn’t look out and win anything more and I received no assistance whatsoever or compensation. Super disappointing..

This casino is the worst! I verified my account before I ever had anything to withdraw. When I reached a withdrawable amount none of their withdrawal methods worked. Months back and forth with customer service being told different stories every time even denied I ever attempted a withdrawal but I had all the emails and screenshots to prove it so finally I read on the fine print that I could ask for a paper check. They approved it and I did receive the check.... however when I tried to deposit it to my bank it didn't work so I tried it again assuming I had done something wrong. Then my bank tells me that if I try depositing this check again I would be red flagged and banned from all of their services and my bank account balance would be forfeit. Reason being that the issuer of the check had lost it's licence 8 years ago. And of course customer support says...we cut you a check... you've been paid in full. These guys are actual criminals printing bogus checks from an unlicensed bank...don't give them your money!

Dreams casino is a little bit better than it’s a sister casinos. They have the same games but the customer service is way more helpful and I personally think the bonuses are better here. But that’s just my opinion. I would definitely recommend this casino to family and friends. The pay out process is very slow, but you’re finding that was a lot of casinos these days. These guys are super shady. I played here a lot without doing any research on them. When I was having trouble getting them to pay me I did some digging and come to find out this is a very common problem with them. In my experience, if you comply with their rules and do not speak to them too aggressively, they will pay you eventually. However, there have been times where I waited almost 4 months for a payout of around $1800. Smaller payouts still take a long time but if you are lucky you can get them in 6 weeks or so. It is funny to me because I have won here way more than any other RTG network and I think their win rate on the slots is set to be extremely high as part of their scheme to rake in as much as they can while they pay out little by little. Probably a bad idea to play here unless you are treating your winnings like a savings account and you dont want it for a few months.

Unfortunately, I was duped by this one even after falling for the same scams from its sister sites. I didn't realize they were all run by the same people. And deposited here a few times, then tried to make a withdrawal of a free chip. I ended up giving up because they are so unrealistic in there timelines and statements. They want you to jump through so many hoops and they take so long for every single step of the way . Save yourself a lot of headache and play one of the other many reputable sites with reasonable withdrawal time frames period even if you do do everything they ask you're likely to wait three months for a legitimate withdrawal here

It turned out that Kazakhstan was not accepted in this casino, especially if I won a no deposit bonus. This is a serious violation by the player. Dreams Casino has a decent overall layout, give a good non deposit bonus to try out the different games. Not impressed with the customer service rep I had dealings with though. I think these casinos, only cater to large depositors, and others get crap service is their jinxing in the reviews. A superb name for a casino but a pity for the bad reputation and comments I have been reading lately. I have played a no deposit bonus here but I fee their wagering on their bonuses are almost impossible to achieve. Another issue with this casino is that their game variety is not good and I find their slots super boring. Please roomies, I just finished reading the other comments on this page,and I was actually horrified to see that a few of the people here actually liked, and recommended playing at Dreams. These people have to be plants from Dreams, or just from the virtual group itself. There is NOTHING good, and NOTHING to be trusted about this casino group. One person said he had no trouble receiving his winnings, and had it in "weeks"!! People, it should NEVER take weeks to receive your money. Ideally, it should take no more then three days. Occasionally, a good casino will take as long as a week to pay out, but that is almost always a paper work issue. Unbelievable! I just closed my account at Dreams, after experiencing what they call "support". I dealt first with Jeff, then with Joseph. Before I had exchanged a full sentence with Joseph, I KNEW that this had to be a black listed casino. Imagine my amusement when I checked in here only to discover that they used to be cirrus! LOL! I should have known. These morons sent me an email this morning with a "free" $100 chip. When I cashed in the chip, I was given a play thru figure, and the choice to play for real money or fun money when I opened a game. I chose real, natch! The game froze before I could play it. Had to shut down the pc and start over again. When I checked back in, there was a dollar missing from my account. So I called on live chat. I didn't have much hope at this point of getting any quality of help because it had taken Jeff well over ten minutes just to retrieve my pass word when I first opened the casino. He never did help me, but he did answer me twice with information intended for another player. After arguing with Jeff for a good five minutes about this missing dollar, he informed me that I was a free chip abuser, and then he accused me of all manner of things. I tried to reason with him, this being impossible, I asked for a manager. I am pretty certain that the manager was none other than Jeff using a different id. Joseph asked me if I was saying the things that I was saying because I had neglected to read the rules. I ended up telling these morons to close my account. I did have the chat emailed, and will print it here if you like, but it seems like a worthless thing to do, as any one who has ever played at a blacklisted casino is familiar with the process. AVOID ever giving these people your banking info. They WILL abuse it- they will NOT pay you any winnings that you might achieve, and they will cheat you blind. I joined this Casino and am from Canada, they may have changed their laws to allow us to play here, I also claimed a free chip and played the RTG games they have here. I found though that my money was just going very quickly, I have had this happen at Casinos and it is not a good feeling. Of the entire "Virtual Group" Casino group, I think the dreams casino is probably one of the better, despite the entire jurisdiction being in Costa Rica- as such, nothing can enforce payment. I have been a player @ Dreams/Cirrus for years and for 6 months @ Prism. Have had the same issues stated with slow pay and shady tactics. 2 weeks ago I have a great run and built my play balance to over 20K in 2 accounts. I have been a VIP Level 5 for years. After my great run my VIP status was removed and I was declared a Professional Gambler and was told that these sites were for leasure players to have fun, because of this run, I can no longer use VIP bonuses for deposits, my min. bets were increased to $5 and max bet lowered to $250. The sad part about this is I could play for years and never recoup my losses from these second rate casinos, I can now see why some of their slot games with 25K+ balances have never paid out in the last 3-4 years. Since Dreams became online, they have an unique was better design then the average rtg casino's cirrus was bit boring, and nothing special, i had to sign up again i mentioned, so i did and could use one free chip to try too win a nice amount and cash out, did worked;) from 25 chip i made 30 dollar which i cashed out to neteller, this took quite a while because of autorization form, so took like 1,5 week before my withdrawal is processed. but atleast i was happy the money has been received, i didn't expect it. but i see warning for delayed payments but this was quite slow indeed, but unnderstandable. good designed and support is fast and friendly.

I was a bit of a Cirrus customer. I remember I had trouble collecting my winnings after signing up and playing in a very ordinary, by-the-rules way. I also remember that I did win a bit, though, and then started having bizarre technical difficulties. I played at this casino long ago and at that time it was called Cirrus casino. After many losses I was fortunate to finally win something. It was only a couple hundred dollars but it was nice to win. Yes, nice until I had to claim my winnings. First I had to send in all kinds of paperwork, then they kept telling me that it would take seven to ten days just to get the approval to pay out. Then they delayed by telling me that it could only be claimed during certain hours or that the responsible people were not there to give the approval. I had to call them daily for about a week until they finally said they would send it out. Well I finally got it about three weeks later and I consider myself lucky to have received it at all. I read through some of the other posts and i feel like a few of theings people have complained about are common terms for all sites. its more a matter of being dilligent and reading through things first. Seriously, i have played here in the past, as i have in all of their sisters, Virtual and Ace Revenue.. it's basically all one and the same: there is a saying that goes "A tiger never loses his stripes" and that is my mildest way of expressing my opinion on these Casinos, and let me reiterate that the "stripes" of this here tiger are not innocently gained, just google for Virtual Casino No Pay and make up your mind then.

I like the variety of games, but do not like that they take your winnings from the sign up bonus. I was shocked to go from $760 to $100 when I hit the play through. Same with all other Virtual Group Casinos.

RTG casinos need to create a system that blocks no deposit bonus in a row! probably this way the casinos would prevent customers disappointment. Without that system all RTG casinos scared customers away and that's bad for business. It happend to me more than once that my balance was erased to zero. also at this one!

Hi all for me this site is a scamm, they refused a payout to me in the future so I dont recommend anyone. I used the free chip code and then made rollover after few hours of fighting and they told me I am not welcome or something like that. No good casino.

Hi Bloggyweb, Unfortunately you redeemed two free chips in a row (it was the same day actually, an hour later), which is not allowed in our casino and as far as I know is a very common practice in all online casinos. Free chips give you the chance to try out the casino, once you\'ve done that, if you\'d like to cash out you need to make a deposit and you can feel free to request a deposit bonus with that. Hi Joao, The $51 you were first trying to cash out came from a free chip and you played Roulette with it, which is not a game allowed for free chips. The initial $25 bonus was credited back to your account as a second chance, you can play with it again and you can cash out up to $100 once you\'ve played 20x the bonus amount on Slots. In this case, they sent you a message saying we were missing one of the required documents, which I imagine you then sent again the same day. However, there was a weekend in the middle of that, which is why four days (two business days) passed before they reviewed your documents once more, and approved them in your account. Your free chip is waiting for you in your account. I am sorry you had to contact us more than once, usually that is not the case, except when for some reason documents aren’t received (sometimes the attachments are too heavy and the email doesn’t go through) or if a document is missing. I received the no deposit bonus, that went fine. I decided that this was a casino that I did want to deposit in so I deposited and played my money. I was told I could get a free $100 dollar chip if I verified my credit card, which I did and was told to return in two days to check on my chip status. I checked in two days and was told that they needed more information, which I provided and was told to check back in two days. I checked back in two days and they are still telling me to wait an additional 2 days. This has become to much work for a free chip, additionally I received emails, after deposit for free chips, which I would go and redeem at the cashier and would be told that they are no longer offered or that I cannot redeem them. This makes me believe that this Casino is not organized, therefore not worth my money.
