The Punisher Review

About The Punisher

This is another slot game from Cryptologic based on a character in Marvel Comics. The Punisher is not the typical comic book hero, but a former upholder of the law who has gone undercover seeking revenge. The Punisher character in this game is a scary looking fellow toting an armed weapon, but if you can get five of him on a line, you'll collect 5,000 coins.

The Punisher Slots has five reels and nine pay lines. You can bet each line for as little as 0.05 or as much as 5.00. The game includes multiple bonus possibilities as well as several progressive jackpots.

Special Features

There are a dozen different symbols spinning on the reels of The Punisher Slots and they are all related to the dramatic setting. They include a Headstone, a Cigar, a Blue Light, Dog Tags, a Jacket and Shotgun Shells. More valuable than those symbols are the Rifle Scope, a Grenade, a Van and a Villain.

The frightening Logo Mask operates as the game's Scatter symbol. Get three of them at one time and you will be playing in a special bonus game. The Punisher symbol operates as the game's Wild symbol. You will also get a return anytime he appears on one of the active pay lines. Even one Wild icon returns 2 coins.

The Punisher symbol also operates as something of an extra Scatter symbol. If it appears on both reels 1 and 5, you'll win 10 free spins, all of which will have a 2x multiplier.

Object

The best potential returns in the Punisher are offered by the Progressive Jackpots. They are all triggered at random after a spin has been completed. You do not need a winning spin to trigger a progressive payoff.

Three are three different jackpots, with the Marvel Hero Jackpot being the biggest, followed by the Super Hero Jackpot and the Hero Jackpot. On the spin which triggers the progressive payoff, the bigger your bet, the better chance you have of getting the largest Jackpot.

Special Bonus Features

The Villain Hunt Bonus Feature is triggered when you get at least three of the Logo Scatter symbols. You will then be shown a building with 12 Windows. You will shoot out five of the Windows, with each one revealing a Villain and a bonus prize. You could win free spins or a multiplier that can be as much as 200x.
