About Ship of Dreams

Ship of Dreams is supposed to be based on the tale of the Titanic (albeit without the sinking). This Merkur Gaming developed slot features a luxurious ocean-going liner, and plenty of rich aristocratic symbols from the age of transatlantic steamships. Expect flash motorcars, regal dames, precious blue diamonds and white-bearded captains aplenty on the reels of this slot, alongside the lower-paying high playing card symbols. Ship of Dreams features 5 reels and 10 paylines, with all 10 lines being fixed into place. Players can use the betting options available on the screen of this slot to wager anything from 0.10 per spin up to 20.00 per spin in all. There are cheap bets for a slot which offers an RTP (return to player) rate of 95.94% and a non-progressive jackpot worth 100x your total bet. That prize is yours if you can land 5 of the rich dame symbols on any payline.

Special Features

Merkur Gaming have decided to include scatter wilds in this slot. Scatter wilds are always great to see. Many times, a player is denied a win by a wild or a scatter which proves useless. The more special symbols which appear in a slot, the more likely they are going to interfere and stop a player from winning with a five-of-a-kind line. There’s not of that here.

Scatter wilds appear as the luxurious vessel herself and can substitute for all other symbols in the game without exception, as well as dish out decent wins worth 40x your total bet. Landing 3 or more scatters will also trigger a free games bonus. Scatter wilds appear enlarged, as stacked icons on the reels.

Remember what we’ve said earlier. The dame is the best-paying icon in the game, though. Landing 5 wilds on a line will dish out tasty wins, but you need 5 of the dame icons to appear on a line to win the top prize.

Bonus Feature

As for the free spin bonus round, it is as simple as you like. Players are given a total of 10 free spins to play with. Aside from the ship, a second symbol will be chosen at random at the start of the bonus, and this icon will appear as a stacked symbol which can expand and cover whole reels. The free spins bonus can also be retriggered by landing more scatter wilds on the reels.
