About Robin Hood: Shifting Riches

Released by Scandinavian online casino software developer, Net Entertainment; Robin Hood: Shifting Riches is one of their more impressive 3D slot titles. Once the superb animated intro is over, players will be greeted by 5 reels and 20 colourful paylines, will of their favourite Robin Hood characters and imagery present on the reels. Paylines cannot be altered, but players can select coin values which range from 0.01 up to 0.10, and bet as many as 10 coins per spin. Robin Hood: Shifting Riches contains a floor bet of just 0.20 per spin, and a ceiling bet which is capped at just 20.00 per spin, making it a steal for everyone on any budget, really. Landing 5 Robin symbols on a line will see players win as much as 1,000 coins in all with the game’s non-progressive jackpot.

Special Features

Following any win in the game, the reels of this slot may shift (hence the name Shifting Riches), which can give players another chance to bag big wins. Consecutive wins with the Shifting Reels feature can see multipliers added to your wins which can be worth as much as 5x the normal rate of pay.

Wilds appear in the guise of the slot’s title logo, and can substitute for all other symbols barring money bag and free spin icons. Money bag symbols only appear in the bonus round.

Free spins are triggered when a player land 2 or more free spin symbols anywhere on the reels. The free spin icons can only appear on the third, fourth and fifth reels.

Bonus Feature

Players will start the free spins bonus with either 5 or 10 spins, depending on whether they landed 2 or 3 free spin scatters. During the bonus round, players can select one of the characters in the game to become an extra wild. In the feature, money bag symbols can appear, and for every 4 collected, a chest is offered to the player. Inside that chest are several additional free games. Money bag symbols can also turn wild after the reels shift in the feature. There is also a primitive memory system incorporated into Robin Hood: Shifting Riches, so that players can leave the game and still have their accumulated money bags present the next time they load up the free spin bonus round. That is a very nifty feature to have, indeed.
