About Pistoleras
One of Microgaming’s newest video slots for 2015 is Pistoleras. This video slot is very much in the same vein as their other top gun-slinging girl slot, the aptly named Girls with Guns. Pistoleras is a video slot which is played over 5 reels and 25 paylines. You won’t be able to adjust those paylines, but coin sizes of 0.01 up to 1.00 can be selected, with up to 10 coins permitted to be wagered per line. Pistoleras’ players are going to be looking at wagers which range from a floor bet of 0.25 per spin, up to a ceiling bet of 250.00 per spin. Pistoleras isn’t that far apart from Girls with Guns, but some of the features in this slot make it even better than its predecessor.
Special Features
The guns and roses icon is Pistolera’s title icon as well as its wild symbol. When this wild appears, it can replace all other symbols in the game, save for the scatter icons. Wilds are particularly prosperous in this slot, as they can triple all wins in which they appear.
A wagon makes up this slot’s scatter symbol. The scatter icon in the best paying symbol in the game, and when 2, 3, 4 or 5 appear, players will pocket scattered wins. The top prize of a non-progressive 25,000 coin jackpot can be won by matching 5 scatters in any position on the reels. Three or more will trigger a free spins bonus.
In that bonus round, players will be awarded with 15, 20, or 25 free spins for 3, 4 or 5 respective scatters. All wins in the free spins bonus round will also be multiplied by 3x their normal value. During the free spins bonus, the Pistoleras themselves can appear stacked across all of the reels, and the free spins bonus can be triggered. Bonus Feature
If the player locates the scattered money bag icon anywhere on the third, fourth and fifth reels consecutively, they will trigger the Saloon Bonus. In this bonus round, players must use their pistols to shoot at the 12 targets on the screen. Behind each one of them is a Pistolera. The objective is to match 3 of the Pistoleras to win a case prize. Three hidden wilds are also present behind the targets, and they can multiply wins.
