About Monkeys of the Universe

Monkeys of the Universe has been developed by Sheriff Gaming, and is one of their newer video slot machine games. Any player will instantly be able to tell that there is something very “Planet of the Apes” about this slot. Graphically, we've seen better from Sheriff, but that in no way means that the graphics aren't up to scratch. Monkeys of the Universe can see you win as much as 50,000 coins in all via its non-progressive jackpot, and players can also prosper via scattered wins, and a unique wheel feature. Minimum and maximum wagers stem from 0.10 per spin on this 5-reel, 10-line game, whilst maximum bets can cost you up to 50.00 per spin.

Special Features

One thing is certainly going to stand out when it comes to the Monkeys of the Universe video slot. Where's the wild symbol? There doesn't actually appear to be one in the game, and that is certainly going to frustrate players. Most slot players, in fact.

Monkeys of the Universe does have a scatter symbol, though. It appears as a monkey looking like Superman. Yes, that is the easiest way to describe it. When this scatter icon appears 3 or more times in any position on the reels, the player will land some scattered prizes. These include 2x, 5x, or 50x their total bet for 3, 4, or 5 respective scatters.

Monkeys of the Universe is woefully short of other special features, save for the Wheel of Fortune bonus round.

Bonus Feature

As for Monkeys of the Universe's bonus feature, this is known as the Wheel of Fortune game. The Wheel of Fortune bonus is activated after any winning spin. When it is, the wheel will automatically start spinning and randomly land on a symbol. Any reel which contains symbols of the same kind as appears on the wheel will then start spinning. This can result in an additional win being paid out to the player. It sounds overly complicated, but this free spins feature isn't actually any different than a typical re-spin feature which you can find in most major video slots nowadays.
