HERO OF THE DAY

About Hero of the Day

Hero of the Day is perhaps one of the more original slot machine games ever to be devised by iSoftBet. The story behind the slot is simple enough to grasp, with firefighters, cops, doctors and lifeguards all making up the better-paying symbols in the game. Hero of the Day is played over a standard 5-reel, 25-line gaming platform, with players able to take total control over how their bets are constructed. Coin denominations which range from 0.01 up to 0.10 can be selected, with players also able to stake up to 10 coins per line, and adjust all 25 paylines. At its cheapest, the slot machine game will cost players just 0.01 per line per spin, whilst at its costliest, it can set players back roughly 25.00 per spin. iSoftBet advertises a 50,000-coin non-progressive jackpot in this slot machine game.

Special Features

Wild symbols appear as alarm bells in this game, and they can substitute for all other icons in the slot, except for scatter and bonus icons. Wild symbols also double up as the best-paying symbols in the slot.

Scatter icons can appear as helicopters. When 2, 3, 4 or 5 such symbols appear on the reels of the game, they can dish out rewards worth 2x, 5x, 25x or 100x your total bet, respectively.

Bonus symbols also pop up in the Hero of the Day slot machine. These appear as red telephones, and landing 3 or more of these icons anywhere on the screen will trigger Hero of the Day’s main bonus feature.

Bonus Feature

That bonus feature can see players able to trigger very basic click and win feature, whereby they must select one of the aforementioned heroes. The bonus round you get depends on the hero you select – for example, cops must stop robbers stealing from a bank. Once you have fulfilled your objectives in this bonus round, the bonus comes to an end and all winnings you have acquired during the feature will be paid out. Unfortunately, there is no free spins bonus round in the Hero of the Day slot machine game.
