About Fat Cat

Fat Cat is of NextGen gaming’s more comedic slots. The game has a bit of a cult following in the online casino world, and it isn’t that old. Although very basic in terms of its graphics (the developers have gone for a retro look here), Fat Cat is able to deliver an exciting gaming experience. The slot offers up just 20 lines of colourful, kitty-themed graphics. The most valuable of those is the pink fat cat himself, as this bling-covered cat can deliver wins worth up to 6,000 coins if 5 appear on a line. As for its bets, the slot can see players able to stake anything from 0.20 per spin, up to 200.00 a spin
on this game.

Special Features

Back to the pink fat cat icons. As well as being a superb non-progressive jackpot icon, these symbols are also wild icons. Landing them on the reels will see them substitute for any other symbols in the game, barring scattered dollar signs. Wilds can also trigger a bonus round when they appear on the first and fifth reels at the same time.

Scatter icons appear as dollar signs as mentioned. These symbols can deliver instant win cash prizes of 2x, 5x, 10x or 100x your total bet when 2, 3, 4 or 5 appear anywhere on the reels. The symbols can also trigger a free spin bonus when 3 or more appear left to right across the reels of the Fat Cat slot.

Bonus Feature

The free spin in Fat Cat is played out with a total of 10 free spins. During this bonus, any wins the player manages to acquire will be tripled courtesy of a 3x multiplier. The same multiplier does not apply to scattered cash prize wins, though. This free game feature can be retriggered by landing those scatters on the reels 3 more times.

As mentioned, there is a second bonus round included in the design. Fat Cat’s bonus round (triggered by landing wilds on the first and fifth reels) offers up a click and win game. In this bonus round, players can select various icons to win multipliers which can rise as high as 5x. Players can win up to 500x their total triggering bet with this instant win feature.
