COINS OF EGYPT

About Coins of Egypt

Coins of Egypt is NetEnt’s latest take on the Ancient Egyptian genre of slot machine games. This themed slot contains what are arguably some of the finest graphics to ever appear in an online casino game. Ancient Egypt has been given a rather fantastical makeover for this release, which features larger than life gods and goddesses on the reels of the game. Speaking of reels, there are 20 of those spread over the slot’s 5 reels, and they cannot be adjusted. Players can choose coin values which range from 0.01 up to 1.00, though, as well as bet up to 10 coins per line. This gives the slot minimum and maximum wagers of 0.20 and 200.00 per spin, respectively. A good run of form on this game can deliver wins worth up to 3,000 coins in all.

Special Features

Coins of Egypt features a wild symbol in the shape of a Scarab beetle. Scarab beetles can substitute for all symbols in this slot, save for scatter, chest seal and Pharaoh symbols. Wild symbols are also the best-paying icons in the game and can deliver wins worth 3,000 coins, as mentioned above.

Players will note that there are symbols with coins on them in this slot. These symbols can appear on the first, second and third reels of the slot. The coins have values printed on them which are worth between 2x and 15x your bet. Should players land a Pharaoh icon on the fifth reel, then the value of any coins which feature on the reels will be added to your winnings.

Aside from that handy little bonus, there is also a free spin feature in this slot.

Bonus Feature

Players can trigger the free spin bonus by landing 3 of the scatter emblem icons on the first, third and fifth reel. Players will then see three chests appear below the reels, known as Ruby Eagle, Emerald Snake and Golden Cat. Coins are then added to these chests when they appear on the reels. As players enjoy their free spins, they can land the cash prizes in each of those chests by landing the respective “seal” icon on the fifth reel. So, for instance, landing the Ruby Eagle seal on the fifth reel will deliver the winnings of that chest.
