About Caribbean Holidays

Caribbean Holidays is a Novomatic developed slot, and one which aims to soak up the drinks, beach, nature and beauty of a proper Caribbean vacation. The slot machine uses fairly warm graphics and is played over the tried and tested 5-reel, 20-line format which works for so many other slots. Novomatic haven’t stepped outside of their comfort zone with this slot, so expect a dose of predictability about its gameplay. Players will find that Caribbean Holidays costs between 0.01 per line per spin and 100.00 a spin – given that all 20 paylines are adjustable – so it should easily be affordable for players operating on all sorts of budgets. As for prizes, the top prize in this slot is non-progressive in nature, is worth 11,000 coins, and is yours if you can land 5 scatters symbols anywhere on the reels.

Special Features

Scatter symbols are not only the best-paying symbols in the Caribbean Holidays slot, they can also offer free spins. Players who land 3, 4 or 5 such symbols will trigger the slot’s free spins bonus, which is one of the most generous in the online casino world.

Wild symbols are also present in this slot, in the form of a Baywatch-looking lifeguard. This is more commonly associated with California than the Caribbean, but there you go. Wild symbols can substitute for all other symbols barring scatters and can double the value of all wins in which they appear. These are also decent paying symbols, seeing as they can deliver wins worth up to 10,000 coins when 5 appear on a line.

Bonus Feature

Scatter icons can deliver a total of 25, 35 or 45 free spins when 3, 4 or 5 of them appear anywhere on the reels. This is a truly staggering amount of free spins for a basic slot such as this. During the free spins bonus round, all winnings will be doubled, no matter whether a wild symbol is involved or not.

A gamble feature has also been included in the Caribbean Holidays slot, but you don’t have great odds of success. We wouldn’t really recommend you toy with this too much. Aside from that, everything else in Caribbean Holidays is pretty plain sailing.
