About Candy Bars

Candy Bars is a video online slot is playable on desktop and mobile devices. IGT has taken a colourful and tasty-looking way to spin some slots. Not to stain the usual mould they have decided to cut out a reel and keep it to a 4x4 grid game. There are 50 pay lines which are always active so you don’t have to worry about making a wrong choice.

It has multi-toned blue background with various sweets and candies in the corners. The music is cheery with a strong trumpet base.

There are no free spins but it does have a couple of features to keep you entertained.

Special Features

There are three personalised Progressive Jackpots and the amounts increase steadily by how many times you play. Thankfully the game keeps in mind these numbers when you logoff and continues where you left off. Furthermore these jackpots can only be won by you so there’s no need to go sharing your spoils.

The progressives come in three sizes small, medium and large. The small one is called the Snack Size Progressive and occurs when there is a chocolate background that completely fills reel 2.

The medium one is called the King Size Progressive and needs chocolate to completely fill reels 2 and 3. Lastly the Giant Size Progressive will really fill your sweet tooth when the chocolate background completely fills reels 2, 3 and 4.

The number of coins to be won are standardised but the amounts you win depends on how much you wagered per coin. If you want to get cracking on the Giant Size Progressive need to note that it only starts at around 40 times your bet and you going to have to play quite a bit to get there.

Bonus Feature

There is a pair of pink and blue bubble gum balls that act as Wild Multipliers; this means that they have a dual role of being wild symbols to substitute for others and to be a 2x multiplier at the same time. They reside only on reels 2 and 3 with the added bonus that your pay line is completed with a wild on both of these reels then prize becomes quadruple instead.

There is also a semi-wild in that the chocolate background with a particular sweet act as wild for that sweet.

Since the symbols are stacked and can appear multiple times on the real if you’re really lucky you can nail a Blackout Win which is when the entire screen it filled with the same symbol. The big jackpot is when 16 red sevens appear you will just net a whopping 25,000 coins. Again the value of this is dependent on how much you originally wagered per coin value. For a true Blackout Win to occur wilds cannot appear same time.
