Bombs Away is an army based video slot, set in the days of the Second World War. The title character is a gorgeous gal, who straddles a whopping, great bomb. Special Features
Bombs Away uses a big bomb as its wild symbol. When the bomb icon appears, it can explode turning itself into a wild symbol. That wild symbol can then turn random adjacent symbols into wilds, too. Wilds can substitute for all other symbols, barring scatter icons.
Those scatters are represented by the Bombs Away icon. This is the aforementioned gal on the bomb symbol. When these symbols appear 3, 4 or 5 times anywhere on the reels, players can pocket 3x 10x, or 50x their total bet.
There is nothing in particular you can do to help yourself trigger the progressive jackpots. Perhaps it helps to have larger wagers selected, this way you will give yourself a better chance of landing the larger progressives over the smaller ones. The four progressive jackpots in this slot are triggered entirely at random, at the conclusion of any spin (winning or otherwise). Progressive jackpot wins will be added to your already existing wins.
Bonus Feature
Once players land 3 scatter icons in any position on the reels, they will trigger a free spins bonus round. In this bonus, players will start with a total of 10 free games. The feature cannot be retriggered, but additional bomb symbols can be dropped onto the reels, which will create more wilds during these spins than you are used to in the base game spins.
