BEETLE FRENZY

About Beetle Frenzy Slot

Beetle Frenzy from Net Entertainment is a beautiful little tree reel, five pay-line slot. This is not a traditional three reel game, however it does pay out a 500 coin top prize, and allow players access to what they call a Super Win. We are unsure whether this is a progressive game or not but it is sure a lot of fun to play, and Net Entertainment have as usual, achieved the aim of the game, and that is to entertain us.

Special Features

NetEnt have designed a gorgeous little game, set reels into an actual virtual slot machine, decorated by meadow flowers, grasses and bugs of every variety. Pay-lines cover three reels horizontally and also on two diagonals. There are blue, pink and yellow flowers, toadstools, a ladybug, and three other different beetles used as icons. A Golden apple is the scatter icon, and also triggers the Super Win. The wild icon is a black beetle with a golden thorax, and substitutes for all other icons, and the balance of icons trigger various bonus games.

Players are able to activate a bet level between one and five, with a coin size of from 0.10 up to 5.00. That is about it as far as the user interface is concerned in this simple slot which features complex ways of winning. Simply press the Max Bet or Spin button to get the reels turning. There is no auto-bet feature in this super slot.

Bonus Features

Bug Collector jars trigger the Bug Collector bonus when three land on the lines. The amount of bonus games won depends on the number of lines that are active, so, be sure to set the bet level at five. Flower Frenzy is another bonus feature which triggers when three flower icons of the same colour land on an active line. It offers various multipliers per spin and these are 1 x, 2 x, and 3 x the prize.

A lucky spin takes place when four corners or the middle four sides of the reels show the same symbol. If one can imagine a 3 x 3 grid – this is how the reel looks, and therefore four corners. This Lucky Spin gives the player one addition spin of the reels, but only the middle reel. This way the two outside reels stand still, and it offers the chance of making more winning combinations.
