BATTLE FOR OLYMPUS

About Battle for Olympus

Battle for Olympus is another fun and exciting slot developed and published by NYX Gaming Group on October 10th, 2018. As the name suggests, this slot is inspired by an assortment of famous Greek myths. Some of the symbols include Poseidon's trident, Hermes's helmet, Zeus, and Hades. The graphics, animations, and overall sound are entertaining, adding to the atmosphere without unnecessarily detracting from the gambling experience.

The configuration is 5x4, features 5 reels and 50 paylines, and has a betting range of 0.01 – 500.00 per spin. Due to its betting range, players who prefer low-stakes slots will be able to have fun and enjoy this Greek-inspired slot without much pressure. However, for players looking for a tougher challenge, the betting range offers plenty of flexibility with the chance of optimizing winnings. The RTP comes in at 94.75% and in the base game, the best symbols to take note of are Hades and Zeus. By matching five of these symbols, you can easily find yourself earning $20,000. For a smaller, yet also lucrative cash bonus, if you receive a three mix of Zeus and Hades symbols then you can secure $10,000.

Special Features

Although the slot contains no free spins, there are still plenty of special features that can generously increase your earnings. No Greek-inspired slot would be complete without everyone’s favorite three-headed dog, Cerberus. Cerberus acts as a wild symbol replacing all icons besides scatters, Zeus, and Hades. Fittingly enough, this wild’s unique talent is multiplying total payouts by three.

Another exciting feature is the Athena symbols scattered throughout the game that can lead to massive earnings. For example, 3, 4, or 5 Athena symbols scattered in any position will be able to multiply your winnings by x2, x25, or x250. Hitting 5 Athena symbols will reward you with a heart-stopping $125,000.

Bonus Features

The slot also contains an exciting bonus game triggered that will make you feel like you are a warrior in Greek mythology. When three bonus symbols that appear on reels 1, 3, and 5 are aligned, then you can enter the Battle for Olympus phrase. In this bonus feature, you can choose between being a warrior for Zeus or Hades. If your blows are successful, you can receive different cash bonuses. If luck is truly on your side, then you might even gain the Perfect Play Credit Award that results in thousands of coins.
