My experience with this casino was absolutely very bad the customer service or live chat team all say the same thing like reading from a script they don't even try to understand your query.. Up till this day they still never refunded me for a deposit I mad to my account which they deducted from my bank but never credited my casino account.. Iv sent through Bank statements iv sent through proof of payment iv sent everything they asked for.. Then what do u know a few days later a new consultant emails me asking for the same documentation once again.it actually got to a point where I gave up on trying to get my money back cause it's like they were looking for reasons not to refund me.id go into details but it's long it was much worse then described above.If anything it thought me to first check reviews, post, and dislikes from other players before signing up to a new casino.Because the issue I had is what iv saw in a review but still went and fall in that trap by depositing.

The game selection is very poor, anyway, i want to comment that the bonus was credited easy and sucessfully, tried to wager at different slots, when i just had $10 left, i gone to the last one slot, its a 1.50 min spin, very very low variance, perfect to wager, it can be done very easy, and tried another one like sherlock holmes title, that one is very very good to to complete the bonus, the casino is okay, but the game selection is extremely poor

Overall a nice, simple casino with games that I haven't seen in other casinos. Unfortunately I have never withdrawn anything from this casino, I have never managed to win too much, also my opinion is incomplete and the rating will not be the best I could give.

so ... this is getting old.. back to brick places for me. dont use their telephone banking. they will take the money and claim that it will be refunded soon .. over 5 months on the one number and 3 weeks going for this new phone. 80$ im out. and im not holding my breath. they wont respond in chat or to the emails with screen shots ive sent . need to black list this site now. or risk losing cred

I come back to confirm that this site is a 100% scam after the payment provider problems then the coronavirus which causes delay in payments now I am told that my withdrawal request will not be processed because the minimum withdrawal is 100 euros is in addition I am told to make a deposit what a joke. Here is the chat conversation: Upon checking your account I can see that you have requested the amount of € 65.90, regretfully, due to our minimum withdrawal requirements of € 100.00, we are currently unable to process your withdrawal.
