My opinion on roobet would have been closer to 2/5 a few months ago, they have mediocre promotions, high house edge on their house games and lack a majority of features that other good crypto casinos have. But since then my view on roobet has gotten much worse. My friend and I opened a new account to play together. For the player info we filled in his and didn't think much of it. We had won about $1200 and wanted to withdraw, but find withdraw has been blocked on the account and we get a message from support saying "level 3 KYC is required to withdraw, this is part of a routine check", 'level 3 KYC' is submitting ID documents and proof of address documents, and the 'routine check' part is actually not at all a routine check, roobet has a system in place that will let you deposit and play as much as you want, but when you try to withdraw past their hard limit of $300-500, they will lock your account until you do this KYC process. They do not show this info anywhere on their website, and the system is used to abuse players who dont want to/cant submit these documents, making money off them and then blocking withdraw when they do eventually win. Anyways since I live in Canada(not ontario), and my friend currently lives in the US, we edited the player info to be mine and I submitted my documents, they got accepted by the verification bot, but support was still blocking the withdraw. Simply because the info box--which you could edit--previously had a different first and last name they closed my account. This whole process with the support took over A WEEK, with them often taking 24+ hours to respond, during this time the account was still able to place bets, I guess they hope you lose your whole balance before the withdraw gets unlocked. The balance when the account was closed was ~$1700 in ethereum. I have the support chatlogs which shows them repeatedly threatening to close the account indefinitely while I am trying to submit my documents. For any other crypto casino, this situation would've resolved with me receiving my $1700, and my account being fully open. Roobet is the only crypto casino that uses these hostile systems to abuse their players. Instead of the withdraw lock and open betting, other casinos put your account into withdraw-only mode, letting you take your money out before you even have to deal with support. I wish roobet wasn't so greedy and handled it like any other casino would, but roobet has been known in the community for being shady and not supporting their own players. I highly reccomend to stay away from roobet, and if you know someone who plays there, please ask them to read around on feedback sites/threads like this. 0/5

There are advantages and disadvantges here..The advantages is that Roo offers no deposit bonus.For me casinos like this one who gives you the chance to try the games with possibilirty to cash out free are top..Although it is true that I dont like a lot dice and bacatrat games because not attract me so for me this is a disadvantage..For these reason Roo Bet is average and hope in near future add more game shows like Adventures Beyond Wonderland and not only Monopoly..Ps I love the layout in this casino..3.7 stars from me

Although my last comment remains true, I have to change my rating because of 2 factors. I’ve played here for over 6 months. It’s my main casino. 1. Support is not helpful whatsoever, in face often times the opposite. 2. They recently made changes to their loyalty/rewards and it’s not nearly as good as it once was.

Roobet is refreshing and had so much potential. After playing and being extremely loyal not to mention having wagered close to $65k in two months, they have given me a total of $90 in bonuses. That's merely 0.15% of what I have put in and wagered. They keep promising once I become a vip I'll get more bonuses. How is a player that has wagered that much money and deposited nearly everyday not a VIP. To be fair they have a good game selection, but their lack of regard for their players sadly has ruined them for me.
