They refunded me a partial sum of 3,000, but seeing how large the amount was, they decided to only return that. It was over 100,000 accumulated. Support never gave a clear explanation of what was happening. They never gave me my gaming, deposit, and withdrawal history, and to this day, I'm still fighting for justice and to recover my money, since not only did my money disappear, but they also blocked my account. In that regard, the support is terrible, and in these cases, even if there's no apparent cause or reason, if the money disappears, they keep it. This is demonstrable on the blockchain. Given everything mentioned above, it is impossible for me to give a higher rating, as this breaks all moral or usage norms of an online casino, so I give it the lowest rating.
