I got a free bonus for the bingo site of this brand (I cannot find the bingo site on here so I will post in this section). Basically after receiving a no deposit bonus I was waiting in the bingo rooms for like 40-50 minutes for the game to start after it was continuously delayed, some games did not even start after I had bought tickets at all. I tried to speak to support on several different chat rooms and there way no reply, I was not the only person who had complained at that stage as there where other people asking about the games not starting. In the end support never got back to me and I did not play through my bonus. All I can say is listen to LCB's warning about not depositing at this place, as I am sure as hell glad i didn't.
