I got my 50 free spins but I can't play them on the intended game because it's not a game provided with money currency so that really sucks alot

If I could give minus rating, I will. Customer support is not realiable, definitely not 24/7 and also for some reason I couldn't even get text message on my phone to pass the third step of the registration. Tried with all of my phone numbers which are 3 or 4 and It wouldn't work. Tried contacting customer support, took way too long to even bother. PrinceAli and this particular casino are both trash. My two cents on this one.

Nerver again will I GIVE MY MOBILE NUMBER...
I was receiving hundred of SMS from some short url from casino with bonus, free spins etc... TOOK ME A YEARS to stop getting these SMS MSM Had to purchase a software that block them but premium version since I had so many to block.
SO BE CAREFUL Never to give your cellulaire on a casino !

I had a bad experience here. I signed up for the 30 free spins on Sakura Fortune II through LCB. But after I had completed the registration process and logged in the game Sakura Fortune II was just not on the site. I used the search engine for finding a game on the site and could not find the game. It just was not there even though it is advertised by LCB as the game the 30 free spins are automatically credited to. And after this I waited a long time for chat support with no result and then I sent them a message, but I have not heard back from them and this was a week to ten days ago.
