Well, I really wanted to like this casino and I waited almost 3 months before posting a review. I am still waiting to hear back about my 100.00 withdrawal from the welcome bonus I won back in March. I have been back and forth with them during this time where I usually receive a canned response that it takes 7 to 10 business days to approve. I sent in my documents and was approved months ago and every few weeks I I follow up and receive the same response. For this difficulty in communication and response time I am leaving a low review. Very disappointing as the games were fun, but I highly doubt I'll ever return if this is the normal operating procedure. Players beware.

Total scam!!! Don't even waste your time on the free bonus! Completed the 4500 wagering requirement, tried to cash out the 100 and miraculously there was a second free chip showing in history , except with a w in front of it. One I did not claim. They say I claimed too many free chips so can't cash out!
