I wasn't even able to finish signing up I got all the way through giving all my information and got to where I needed to input that I lived in Washington State and there's no states in the drop-down menu to choose from. So unfortunately I was not able to finish signing up.

My bonus was gone in no time. I think I played 1 game with the measley $2.50 I won with the free spins they gave me. The games are fine, I like a few of them alot, but the problem was mostly this weird thing they do on the Rival slots... if you open up the window to change the bet in the game, there are now 2 "X"s in the top right corner of the screen (on the mobile site). You can't touch the little X to close out of the betting window without hitting the other, bigger X and closing out the whole game! And when I went back in, the bet was never changed, so I sat there, tongue stuck out for true concentration, trying to hit the tiny X, but my fat finger kept closing out with the big one! I finally got smart & grabbed a stylus (my friend said he had the same problem, so he had to do it on the computer, which was much easier).
Anyway... I'm curious to know how fast they payout. But I probably won't deposit there anyway. It was nice of them to give me the free spins, so I could see if I liked it or not. That's what they're for, right?

The registration and bonus were easy to do and the casino has all my favorite games. I was super excited to discover this casino- so after playing the bonus I decided to make a deposit and I got lucky and won! I did a withdrawal 8 days ago and have received nothing. No update, no payout, nothing. I even sent my KYC documents in when I registered, so I am getting pretty worried waiting for my payout. I have contacted customer service multiple times and they have no update for me either, they just say the withdrawal department is working on it. I just wish I knew when I should hope for it to arrive. Christmas is coming- I’d love to have my winnings to put towards my kids Christmas gifts. Fingers crossed they actually payout soon!
