I liked it when i began to play on it. But after 3 times, i understood that it is not a good, serious casino online. I don't recommand it. Had you ever had a good expérience with this one?

It was funny when I began to play on it. But the bonus reload of Friday is not clear. I sent an email to understand well the rules, with screenshots, because sometimes I had 2 bonus, sometimes 1, and last nul bonuses...so i didn't understand. But I have never received answers... so I change a casino to play...

They have a fair selection of games and providers and a generous welcome offer as well as weekly promos. The biggest issue here is that the site is constantly plagued with technical issues which can prevent withdrawals or free spins to be credited properly and then these issues cannot be resolved until the technical error has been fixed which can take up to a week or so in my experience. The live support is also really hit or miss and can be outright rude if you get the wrong person. It's too much of a headache to get withdrawals processed sometimes

I deposited and find out, that they have "technical issues" and no games are working (no warning at deposit page). It's been several days and still nothing happened.

Jetspin is a really cool casino I found out recently. They have good bonuses and all my favorite games at one place. I have deposited a few times by now and withdrew once as well. I didn't have any issues with verification and withdrawal was fast. Support seems to be very professional which is always a good sign in my opinion.
