Yes so far it's complete and total s**t, they basically damn boozle you into accepting a bonus and then when you finally have the bonus all the money in your account the name for me oh yeah you can't actually do anything with that money other than just gamble normally when I specifically signed up for tournaments, no refunds will be offered no removal of the deposit from my deposit just them encouraging me to play and hoping for the best if I win doing something that I'm not wanting to do and then I would be able to withdraw my money no you can just give me my money back and they refuse to give me the manager's email. It takes literally 13 seconds to type an email but with them 10 minutes of ignoring that and trying to encourage me to play like I'm an idiot who's just like oh that's what I should do yep got to do right now have the shadiest business practices
