lost my time again, another one csino that is lying to not accredite a bonus, i readed in one very well known website that they denied their bonus, so i recorded my screen when i was registering, was harsh to contact them, always offline, few mins ago chat was available, i asked for the balance adjust, they said i cant take that bonus, i asked why, same answer! we didnt find the link to the associate register, i said them about the comment and that i have recorded my register time if occurrs something symilar, 1 min ago they copy paste the "any more i can help... (no u are useless...) or end chat", just like 2 seconds then they ended chat. I tried to contact them again starting another chat, and they blocked me, and they never answer even my first email, they are non honest ppl, TAKE CARE. Oh and if i try from my ipad to start a chat live, they are available, ha!

I have problem here with withdrawal. I've requested withdrawal 3 days ago on e-wallet. 2 days ago they approved it. Yesterday i've already asked customer service to check what's wrong, and after i've got an email from them saying that i could already recieve it. Still no money, live chat says that some one will e-mail me and blablabla. We all know that withdrawals on e-walles cash-in immediately if money were sent.
