I don't know what kind of weird tricks This casino is trying to pull.. But I do know that they sure run you around and jump through plenty of hoops and the verification documents you send in are just about ridiculous. And then without even requesting a withdrawal yet, they wiped out the balance I won fair and square. Plus, at that point I already had been confirmed through 3 other agents that everything was in the clear and good to go and all I needed to do was make my 1st bitcoin deposit and I would be able to do my withdrawal which btw, was only gonna be $75. So after depositing $25 it's almost really not worth it . But it's really not worth it. Then they pull up this screenshot with all these random names on it that I have never seen before and tell me that every single one of them are me and I mean a page full, like probably 20 names. Some were girls names some were men's names some were a bunch of different versions of misspellings of chestnut just my last name only which I have never used just my last name as a user account for a casino- and that's usually not allowed anyway. But yet to them I've got my last name misspelled 10 different ways and that's me And honestly that's kind of got me freaked out because what it is that makes them think this and maybe somebody's hacking into my Wifi?But these 3 casinos aren't barely worth having one account at much less 20 different ones.

They are blacklisted now because even after i submitted my forms etc. and deposited and lost $1000s, when I finally hit a slot machine random jpot of $2500+, after a couple of weeks of waiting my "withdraw" was DENIED!!!!!!! And the only reason I got was for "security". They stole my deposits and when I won they denied my payout!!!!!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM, taking deposits until you win and then DENIED PAY on a legit RTG slot game win!!! Why dont RTG have a patch that disables these illegal casinos operators, they need to be LOCKED UP.

I have played at Cherry Red casino for about four years and they always had a pretty good rep. They were always tight with giving free chips though which for an rtg casino is unusual. I use to play the exclusive Cherry Red slot. I love that machine and did fairly well on it. But these days they have went downhill with paying out players and super slow processing times. It has been over a year now since i have played there after reading some of the player complaints with withdrawal issues. The site itself is really brilliant with the bursting cherries that explode like cherry bombs lol. I hope the can make a turn around cuz i want to play Cherry red slot again. I am going through my own withdrawals!

Can anyone help, I sent in all authorization forms and they were approved on April 2 ask for a bank withdrawal and after waiting 5 days was declined without any info. i was told by customer service to resubmit the withdrawal ,which I have done, and to email withdrawal dept, which I have also done and waiting a response,thx cosmod

i won a luttly bit at cherry red .it onely took 48hrs to get app.got my monney in about 14 days. that was great. most places take forever.but not this place..but they went to a 50 dollar min dep. i do not like to dep over 25 at a time.i wish they would go back to the min 20 dep.but i never get free chilps from this place.
