This casino was a little bit of a cracked nut. I’ve never had a casino call me on my phone random to make sure I was a real person… but they did… to bad I did t get that type of extra treatment when I wanted to withdraw. I was told that the balance was in my account for longer than 48 hours voiding my bank roll.

My buddy hit a big jackpot at this casino and they actually paid him out without any issues other than having to wait 2 days. He even had an active deposit bonus when he hit and they still didn't give him any issues. Winning doesn't seem as impossible here as it does at other Real Time Gaming casinos. Still though, the slow payouts are what i can't stand. So they still only get a 2.5 from me

I have never had any luck with this casino. The customer service is very slow to respond and it can be quite frustrating. It mislead me and I thought I was able to withdrawal a large amount of money and turns out I couldn’t withdrawal any. Took over 3 weeks to figure that out. Disappointed

So far I have had a good experience here at this casino, however I've never withdrawn or gone thru verification so I don't have the full picture. But the platforms good and there are bonuses available. I will update my review when needed. Good luck!

I enjoyed my time at Cherry Gold! It was easy to start playing there thanks to quick registration. Support gave me bonus on my first request. They have various slot games to choose from and I hope I'll get lucky with one. I sent my documents for verification in advance and surprisingly they replied quickly after couple of days. I had to wait around a week or so at other casinos. Of course they said that some documents were missing, all Casinos do so, but I at least this time should be no issues since they specifically pointed me at the missing info they require. I personally would stay away from this casino. The only cash out option is a wire transfer which takes 7 days after it's processed. When it takes that long to cash out the chances of losing it all is high.

This is a nice little casino I have no issues with it, the games seem fair and I had no issues with the screen freezing on me with mobile nor did I have any lagging issues when playing on the PC. Although I have not cashed out any winnings from here I cant say that I didn't hit some pretty big wins here, mostly my aggressive gameplay is to blame for that! Although I don't visit here all that often, its definitely a casino that I will try out again. I will update my review when I do make it by there again but I do like it so far!

The Casino has said they will now process and send a wire to my bank, I am waiting to see if they follow through and how long they take, BEFORE i change the rating. Soooooooooooooo frustrated. Have sent in paper work repeatedly, even confirmed and they still wont allow me to withdraw. first i missed one line, and so i redid the whole thing and confirmed they got it. then they wanted a credit card auth on file, and so i did that to. so now after waiting forever? they send an email showing my first paperwork, with a missing number, as if none; of the other occured. Cherry gold is an average casino in my experience,slow payouts,"ok" bonuses and the staff are slow at answering you.The games are about the same as any on their sister websites but I do think they are "ok". It's not they don't pay out,it's just a SLOW process for usa players! They do have a nice looking website.

This casino is strange, they send chip after chip to you via email, yet if you don't deposit they ban you from logging in untl you do make a deposit. I can't say for sure that they are bad, but their options for banking were decent last i looked, and they had good customer service. I just think they must have been frustrated by a lot of people only patronizing for the free chips.

Good: you don't need to download the casino. So, the website itself looks rather cheap. The bonus code still works. No problems to add this by myself. They sent me a free promo about a week ago. But after some talking with their support they told me my country wasnt eligible for any kind of bonuses there, I could only play with my own deposits. This casino (and their sister casinos) now limit how much you can win if you claim a match bonus to 10X your deposit. So, if you deposit $50, the most you can win is $500. I informed LCB of this weeks ago. How it is LCB can not have a warning about playing here due to those limits when they have warnings for other casinos that have the same limits is beyond me. If you click on the promotions tab at the Cherry Gold websites (or at their sister casinos websites) and then read the rules carefully it clearly states you are limited to winning/cashing out 10X your deposit if you claim a bonus. Any winnings above/beyond the 10X your deposit rule when you cashout are forfeited. Not cool, and not cool there is no warning about this at LCB.
