I just received the game audit from The Casino US, which was completed by Microgaming. My payout percentage is 45%, not 60%. The games are that tight at this casino. I have talked with the management at the site, and they have promised to review my game history, and even they agreed that my payout percentage was far below their adveritsed rate of 94 to 98 percent. I will update my comments accordingly, if and when the casino makes accomodations for these tight games.

My experience with \"The Casino US\" is not a good one - at all. It\'s a combo of former Vegas Partner Lounge sites that were apparently bought out by another company. For starters, the slot games are set extremely tight, more so than any other Microgaming site that I have played at. Not only are their games set tight, their bonus structure is equally terrible. Simply put, they have no bonus structure that is remotely worthwhile in depositing anything. Their supposed \"Loyalty Program\", if you can even call it that is even more ridiculous. You have to spend $10 just to earn ONE LOYALTY POINT!! Take it from a person who has spent $1000+ at this site over the last 2 weeks and have a payout percentage of about 60%, DON\'T waste your money at this site. You have better odds and better chances of getting a payout at one of the well known \"rogue sites\" out there. The Casino US needs to address the rigidity and hit frequencey of its games, they need to beef up their promotions and bonuses to players AND they need to have a better \"Loyalty Program\" to offer its players. I have requested a game audit from the site, and I have still not received it - after numerous requests. When I do receive it, I will post the proof here for the rest of you to see why it is unwise to patronize this site until they clean up their act, loosen up their games and give players a \"fair gaming\" experience. This site should be blacklisted on the forums as a rogue site until this company can prove that it has something worthwhile and fair to offer its players. Until this proof comes, this site should be avoided at all cost. It\'s a shame, too... Microgaming sites are so fun to play at, and the payouts at most of the other sites are quite fair - The Casino US/UK is not. Again, avoid this site until they have better bonuses, loyalty program, looser games.
