I changed my rating today to 1 star. I had played at this casino once and lost my money really fast. Then I wanted to speak with support because I had a few errors in my session, games were lagging and I wanted to ask also about promotions. No one was available so I wrote them an online message to which they never responded to me. I mean, I had an average session and then after seeing their attitude to a customer that has deposited seemed unprofessional.

Not many games but the games on this casino are not available at many casinos, the slots can pay really good and have nice bonus rounds, but also many dead spins and big wins are mostly only in the bonus rounds possible. When i registered some weeks ago i got a no deposit bonus from livechat of 10€, was up to 200€ at one point, there was no and cashout so i tried to win more and lost in the end. helpful customer service, but emails needs bit long to answer. Games and website running without any laggs and without any problems. Had 2 cashouts which were processed both in 3 days or something, thats bad of course, the cashouts were also on neteller, so 3 days for neteller cashout is not good.

There was some weird games i never seen before. I made small deposit and won something like 600 euros when i played with 50 cent bets :) but because i'm greedy and stupid i lost it all back so i don't have any experience their cashouts. I love the name of this casino which is casino royale. It has a very nice layout and design. I was referred to this casino by a friend thats why i joined this casino. They offered me a very handsome welcome package with a 100% match up bonus. As I am a poker player i had thought that i would earn points and meet the wagering requirements for meeting the bonus. But after a very long time i came to know that the poker games are not included in the wagering requirements. I was very disappointed and annoyed.
