been playing at bitsler for about 10 months and its decent but has some issues. good points - solid game selection from pragmatic, hacksaw. their provably fair games like dice and plinko are fun. accepts 25+ cryptos with usually fast deposits and withdrawals. the problems - withdrawal processing is inconsistent. sometimes instant, sometimes sits "on hold" with no explanation. customer support gives vague responses instead of actual help. kyc verification is annoying. bonus system is overly complicated with xp points that take forever to collect. terms are strict. noticed some players complaining about funds being held or accounts closed unfairly. hard to verify but concerning. mobile site can be laggy and games occasionally freeze during bonus rounds. overall its okay for crypto gambling but reliability issues hold it back. game variety and crypto support are the main positives. 3/5 rating - does the job but too many inconsistencies to fully recommend.
