Actually casino is good for long time. I deposited many times and not have any problem. June 2023 they start charging EUR player by USD and thats why bank take some exchange fees every deposit. I try to ask support why is like that but no one even try to check it. They just say i have to contact bank, what i do and bank takes fee of course. Then they ask PROOF if i see this deposit on my bank EUR or USD, i send then screenshot where see they charge me deposit by USD but even after that, they dont care. So, its ok casino to US or Russian players but but not anymore to EUR players
