I made the first deposit from the card - the money did not come to the account, although they were debited from the card. In the chat they said we do not see money and could not help with anything. I do not recommend making deposits in this institution, since it cannot properly configure its payment systems. The money came with a delay, but the sentiment remains. I had to call the bank to find out where my money went. While I remove this casino from the black list, I recommend to be careful when depositing to this casino with credit cards.

Then the hell started... no mater how many times i send documents and no matter how many times i ask email support or live chat support for help they keep sending the same automated respons. Thank you, Mila, for your reply. I was playing 21 of April in the afternoon. I had many spins which crashed and I was forced to re-enter a slot. And also loading of the slots took really longer than it usually takes at other casinos. I see in your logo Dozens Casino so in that casino I played recently as well and everything was fine. I believe that probably it was temporally problem. I joined them recently. I have started with first deposit bonus and it was 100% plus 100 free spins on Book of Sun. Before my deposit I verified my documents, they approved them very quickly. But I didnt enjoy playing too much. I like selection for slots and also menu is good for me, I can put my favorite games on the list, to open them on another tab. But only games from very few providers I was able to load quickly and to play without lags or like I call it "non stop spins".
