In which he was able to clearly see, and it was his duty to suspend my account of (approx) 6 years, and ban me from the 888 casino.. 😆- unfortunately I do suffer from memory issues, so I honestly cannot recall if they did pay me my winnings, but that's not the part that earned them this rating... its the rep who went on a power trip and decided I had a gambling problem, and his course of action was to delete my 6(approx) loyal member account and ban me from my favourite casino... ☝️ that's what earned them they're rating. That and considering this happened almost three years ago, I've tried to appeal the decision, speak to customer service about reinstating my account and I've never gotten a response back.. nice business ya got there. In my opinion, their no deposit bonus is more complicated than usual. Some people may like it this way, but I don't like it that much because you have to deposit money to get the bonus. Maybe change the name to something more appealing. For me, if you ask me, I don't recommend it. Find something easier, there are many.

But after I pointed out that such $10 was suppose be a standard cashback benefit anyone should received anyway, the supporter then ignored my concerns and shut down our live chat window completely in the middle of our conversation. My only real complaint is that there aren’t a ton of slots (although they do trigger free spins) to choose from despite their variety on other games and the wins on the slots aren’t too great either, but then again maybe I just haven’t had much luck. The software this site uses allows you to program your favorite games so it’s as easy as one click of your finger to get to the instead of having to search the site.
