This casino is not very user friendly. It appears as if their website hasn't been updated since the days of Windows95. It's hard to find what you're trying to and using bonuses is really confusing. On the plus side, the support member who i spoke with was very nice and tried to be helpful as possible.

Old but withstanding the test of time. Down these guys since I was 18 years old I've always gotten paid within a day or two just don't love the software or I play your more as its nostalgia

Im surprised to see so many decent reviews for this one. I deposited a couple times, both with astoundingly horrible results. I don't think any slot I tried did anything except drain my balance. At first I thought it was just bad luck so ii made another deposit. This time I thought I'd do better. Nope! Same results. Very few wins fallowed by my balance being drained .

How can you not love 5Dimes? The entire 5Dimes group. Their sportsbook is extensive, and they even have a very user-friendly, easily navigateable poker room. But, the casino is why we're here in this forum, and you just can't go wrong with it. They have 5...yes 5 casinos, and a mini-game casino. Each casino is unique. Of course, they have the RTG version (Grand). But, they also have Jackpot, Gold, Bonus, and Match-Play casino versions. And, if having a sportsbook, poker room......oh yeah, a racebook too, a mini-casino, and FIVE casinos all in a 1-stop shopping experience wasn't enough, they have an enormous amount of bonuses, of which approx 75% of them are directly catered around 1 of their casinos. Matter of fact, the only thing that I would say is a remote negative is that there are so many bonuses available, that you kindof get lost in the explanation and placement of them all, that it's easy to forget about 1 or accidentally skip over 1. A ton of language pertaining to the bonuses. I wish that it was a bit more.....organized...the bonuses that is. The apparent RTP in each casino is very formidable and competitive. Staff is immediately available whenever. It's a shame about Tony, but he really knew how to get customers into his sportsbook and casino, and it shows. In terms of a 1-stop shop for everything, 5Dimes is, absolutely, 1 of the top 2 - 3 places in the world.

I used to play at this casino, at least once a week. However, since the Kidnapping, and I guess changes in ownership and changes in management, have caused this casino to go downhill. You can not win as often or as much as before. It is sad but true. All the way around.

I like that this site has games that you are unable to play anywhere but this site. The web page isn't quite attractive but there a lot going on & its easy to navigate. I never got too much into the site when I use to do a lot of sports wagering but I have a lot of friends that just love this site and have been members for many years. Rtg software is the only one that this site operates on, so you have really hundred + games with great slots to try your luck, rtg if you ever tried this provider you know it's really great and profitable platform, if you hit few bonus rounds you can end up with hundreds or even more bucks in your account, depending on your bet. Not sure how long withdrawals are , they used to take a couple of days in rtg before, but worth taking a look at.

I’m only a few months in with 5Dimes, and have yet to request a withdrawal - however so far, I’ve been extremely happy and impressed with this casino. I've never seen a cheaper looking casino as this one. First impression I thought it was made with Microsoft wordpad or excel but it appeared this one is legit. Established in 1996? I have to say, I have cashed out at least twice at 5Dimes using bitcoin and since that was the only deposit method I had used both times I was paid same day. They don't have bonuses much, and if you have withdrawn you basically don't get any free spins or anything until you have lost what you withdrew, but they are fast payers and I had zero issues with them. I am an RTG slot person, so mainly just played slots, but these were not small cashouts, they were like 3K. I would definitely play here again.

They are based in Costa Rica and their site seems a bit outdated. I've also had security issues as other players state. If you forget your password, or enter in the wrong one a few times, they lock you out and you have to call in to the phone line to get help. Their credit card processor gets flagged frequently for fraud alerts by credit card companies.

Casino 5Dimes is a standard casino on RealTimeGaming (RTG). But the site seems to be from the last century. I do not know how to other players, but for me the design of the site, instantly removed any desire to play here. There are many other sites with this software and much nicer.

Now,their processing times vary but if you use coinbase it is simple.Paxful is even better noting it's peer to peer and easier to w/d and also to send instantly.Same game play? i like the costa rican casinos, they are just finicky on their rules and terms for payouts. as always you need to check with them first, and follow the rules, as they are part of the jurisdictional details as to what happens when, i have seen payouts commonly from this jurisdiction without problems, and most problems being in the details they require for prudence in their technicalities for maintaining integrity.

Don't let the money laundering "scandal" put you away. After that event, everything else went on smoothly. the interface and login process of this casino series is very confusing and frequently, even to login, i've found that it requires using the live chat and having them "fix" your account. they use a random string for account logins instead of a nickname or username that is your choice. they claim to accept bitcoin, but make the depositing process among the most confusing i have ever seen and have yet to figure out. so i can't say i'm a huge fan of this casino. a lot of headaches.

hello in spite of 5dimes has incomplate side they have good sport betting page and very good live chat support. at the same time they dont have variety of deposit and withdrawl option but even so they have good place between all of rtg games.

I too, was most excited to have been referred to this site by my little sister. this was about a year ago and there was a 5 usd ndb for new players. cant remember if I got the bonus or not but iwhen I went to go make my first deposit there, it was rejected. first it told me I can make deposits using my visa and when I did, it wouldn't let me. then shortly after as I tried again, it blocked me from making deposits using credit oranything else other than moneygram. This will be an overall "Incomplete." There are things about 5Dimes I find intriguing. For the American Player they offer many things you won't find elsewhere. They are also very strict about verifying ID and security up front on initial deposits. I applaud their conscience approach; however, I spent over an hour trying to get my initial Visa Dep for $100 and although the Cust Care folks were courteous, they couldn't get it to go through.
